in full swing

Fall soccer has started here and is now in full swing. Elizabeth is on an under eight all girls team this year. Her coaches are great and are teaching so many new skills this year and Elizabeth is learning a lot! She is playing right defender this season but really is holding out for goalie. Go Monkey's!

Jacob did his best to get his picture taken instead of Elizabeth. Little turkey!

Mom/Gamma said...: These pictures are so cute. Hard to believe my little grandsons are learning their soccer skills already. Seems like yesterday they were "kicking" their mother in utero. Can't wait to have them show me all they learned when I'm there in 2 weeks.

Macrophage Activation Syndrome

After a long struggle in the hospital and a lot of uncertainty, I have recently been diagnosed with a very rare blood disorder called MAS. I am currently receiving chemotherapy and high doses of steroids as part of my treatment. The doctors are uncertain if the end treatment will be a bone marrow transplant or not.
