Happy Birthday Baby Boy

Today was Jacob's 1st birthday and I put together this slide show of the last year. If you have about 6 minutes - you can see the changes through the year. I am truly amazed at what a wonderful little boy he is turning into.

Macrophage Activation Syndrome

After a long struggle in the hospital and a lot of uncertainty, I have recently been diagnosed with a very rare blood disorder called MAS. I am currently receiving chemotherapy and high doses of steroids as part of my treatment. The doctors are uncertain if the end treatment will be a bone marrow transplant or not.
